These Terms of Service govern use of Falcon, a private automation assistant operated within the FTR.ONE environment.

Use of the service

Falcon is intended for private or owner-authorized use. You agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes.

Authorized actions

You are responsible for the instructions you give to Falcon and for ensuring you are authorized to have those actions performed, including actions involving Gmail, Google Drive, documents, and related services.

Third-party services

Falcon may rely on third-party services and APIs, including Google services and model/API providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.

No guarantee

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Availability, outputs, and behavior may change. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, correctness of outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension or changes

The operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
