This Privacy Policy describes how Falcon, a private automation assistant operated within the FTR.ONE environment, handles information when used with Google services and related automation tools.
Information Falcon may access
Depending on the task and the permissions granted during authorization, Falcon may access:
- Gmail message content, message metadata, labels, drafts, and sending-related information.
- Basic Gmail settings information needed for approved mail operations.
- Google Drive files created by the app, or files that are explicitly opened with or shared for use with the app.
- Operational inputs and outputs needed to complete requested tasks.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide the requested automation and assistance features, such as reading or drafting email, sending authorized messages, creating or updating Drive files, and supporting related internal workflows.
Storage and processing
Operational data, tokens, and related task information may be stored or processed on infrastructure controlled by the site owner and by third-party service providers needed to run the service, such as Google APIs and model/API providers used for Falcon’s task execution.
Sharing
Information is not sold. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or carry out the approved workflow requested by the authorized operator.
Retention
Information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, auditing, troubleshooting, security, or legal compliance, unless it is deleted earlier.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, revoke Google account access through your Google security settings, or request operational changes by contacting falcon.radcliffe@gmail.com.
